The security held by the investor will vary depending on the investment opportunity. All details can be found in the relevant Investment Memorandum. These securities are held on behalf of investors by a security trustee. The role of the security trustee and the securities held can be found in the relevant security trust deed.

Upon receiving a detailed description of your requirements, we will provide you with a comprehensive quotation that outlines the cost of our services. In regards to property bonds or loan notes investing at Green Harbour we make our money by collecting fees from the issuer.

Every client has a dedicated portfolio manager that will liaise with them on a regular basis, this can be monthly, quarterly or half yearly.
